In order to sustain efforts as our program transitions from being 100% grant funded to 50% grant funded, and to also ensure that your company is receiving the absolute best services and web optimization, we must begin assessing a user fee effective July 15, 2009.

While typical costs incurred for posting jobs and finding qualified candidates averages $330 for a 30-day posting period which offers a limited number of postings and resume viewings, the Return to Roots will be an affordable $130, for a 30-day posting period that allows for unlimited postings with discounts for longer periods, as well as the unlimited ability to search through resumes available for future hires.  In addition to affordable posting opportunities, we will begin to offer premium services to further assist employers’ hiring needs.

Any posting made before July 15, 2009 by a registered employer will no longer be available for viewing by job seekers. After July 15, 2009, upon logging into your account, you will be redirected to a fee for service page with payment options.

Once you have paid for the ability to post an unlimited number of postings for a specific posting period, you will be able to view and post your jobs and job seekers will be able to view and apply for your postings. Once registered, your company’s account will remain in the RTR database and your point of contact will continue to receive our monthly RTR eNewsletter.
